My PhD project at the Amsterdam School of Communication Research (ASCoR) investigated the impact of content, network and individual characteristics on the diffusion of messages created by brands on Social Network Sites.

Using a comprehensive framework that takes into account the relationship between brands, individuals and the community to which individuals belong, the project employs automated data extraction, content and network analysis to investigate the main factors and processes that contribute to brand content pass-along behaviour on Social Network Sites.
